Start with a free consultation session to explore your goals, likes and dislikes in exercise, answer any questions you may have and complete a simple assessment. Then start your personalised programme that provides a balanced approach and supports your progress.
Sessions can be either at BoxBellFit training centre, your home or suitable outdoor location.
Nutritional advice and pre/post-natal programmes available.

Perfect for anyone returning to exercise or active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba®class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.
The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba®choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered, feeling strong and with a smile on your face!
Fitness class for over 55's. Friendly community exercise classes aiming to get people active and more confident with physical activity. Work at your own pace in A Fit4All (Bracknell) or Fit4Life (Wokingham) class, covering a variety of aerobic, strength, flexibility and balance activities. No floor work, coordination or previous experience necessary! Come for the fun and games, stay for socialising afterwards.
FREE for Employees, £5 for Public
A weekly fitness session for Bracknell Forest employees. A mix of circuits, running, boxing, games and core strength. It's free so what have you got to lose?

It started as a hobby...
And ended up as a lifestyle. In 2013, fuelled by my passion for running and a desire to further my knowledge, I started studying to become a Personal Trainer. Then in 2014 I left the IT and Telecoms world to pursue a career in fitness. It was a big leap but not one I have ever regretted taking because I absolutely love doing what I do.
As a runner myself, I have a particular interest in helping fellow runners no matter what age, experience or distance, to become stronger, fitter, less prone to injury and to accomplish whatever goal they have set their sights on next. This might be through personalised programmes, training sessions or a mix of the two.
My other keen interest is making exercise accessible and appealing to as many people as possible. I've worked closely with Bracknell Forest and Wokingham Councils to develop and deliver the Fit4Life and Fit4All classes and classes for the already established SHINE program. All these aim to keep the population moving as we age.
When I'm not in class you may well find me running with the Berkshire Trail Runners or training for my next event.
I am a firm believer that if you don't enjoy what you're doing you won't continue to do it. I want you to leave my sessions with a smile!
Father-of-two, Brendon wanted to reduce his BMI, improve his core strength and cardiovascular endurance so he could run around with his kids more easily and set them a good example.
