Start with a free consultation session to explore your goals, likes and dislikes in exercise, answer any questions you may have and complete some assessments including body composition and basic measurements. Then start your personalised programme that provides a balanced approach and supports your progress.
Sessions can be either at Box Bell Fit training centre, your home or suitable outdoor location.

Wokingham Without’s fitness class for over 55's. A friendly community exercise class aiming to get people active and more confident with physical activity. Work at your own pace through a variety of aerobic, strength, flexibility and balance activities. No floor work, coordination or previous experience necessary! Come for the fun and games, stay for socialising afterwards.

Want to build up confidence to start running, or gain insight into trail running and technique? I offer 1-2-1 or partner running sessions. I will lead you on a run of up to an hour at a pace to suit you within my ability.
I also offer 1-2-1 technique sessions focusing on speed, strength, balance, agility and injury prevention.

I started running in my mid-twenties. Since then, I have successfully completed marathons, triathlons and endurance events in the UK and abroad. I quickly discovered an enthusiasm for health and fitness that inspired me to study to become a Personal Trainer and share my passion with others.
I have seen the real benefits of well-designed and well informed programmes, delivered in a flexible way to suit individual lifestyles and circumstances and found that inventive approaches and some fun along the way are effective in developing the enthusiasm to succeed.
As a keen ‘foodie’ I also recognise the positive contribution that a balanced diet can make to personal health and fitness, especially with the pressures of modern lifestyles. So I provide informed dietary advice and guidance that can promote health and fitness whilst taking into account personal preferences and circumstances.
I'm part of the wonderfully supportive Run Mummy Run group and realise that having children should not be a barrier to exercise. This is why I decided to specialise in pre- and post-natal nutrition and exercise, to understand the special considerations that need to be made.
I aim to use my knowledge, experiences and enthusiasm to encourage and support you to reach your own health and fitness goals, whatever they may be.
